![]() Model Number: GU2400XTPQ1 Brand: Whirlpool Age: More than 10 years
![]() Hello! I'm new here and have two questions related to my Whirlpool dishwasher. 1) My thermal fuse has blown, and I would like to know why the lead wires need to be replaced with the fuse. Can't I just unplug the old fuse and plug in the new one? 2) I realized I ordered the wrong thermal fuse kit 675813 (genuine Whirlpool)..has the wrong lead wires but fuse appears to be identical. Couldn't I just use this fuse and splice the wire ends using butt splices? Thanks for your help!! Mike Related Models |
