Help!
I correctly identified the leak's location, and correctly obtained a replacement parts. These are known as Drain Pump Shaft Seal, and Push On Nut.
SHAFT SEAL WD8X181 and PUSH NUT WR2X7054

The video shows pulling the whole dishwasher out and flipping it over to work on it. I can reach everything, but WOW.... I could not easily slip the seal into place.

Is there a trick to this? I'm considering using some lubricant, like vaseline or WD40 plus perhaps a trip to Hobby Lobby to buy some copper or brass tubing of the right diameter to symetrically advance the seal into place. I suspect my less than perfect application of pressure to seat the seal damaged it. In place, it still leaked.

I'm sure there are some tricks to this... Anyone? This is seal
