The spray bar on the bottom of the upper rack isn't moving at all. I see water coming from it but it looks a little anemic, hard to tell. Low bar sprays and rotates nicely.

Bars are clean, no obstructions. I removed the lower bar and pulled out the top rack, exposing the connector from the pump. When I run it like this I see what seems to be copious amounts of water from each. When I put my hand up to the upper port, it does feel noticeably weaker that the lower one.

I pulled the tubing off the pump discharge and when run both looked OK.

Any ideas? Screens removed for testing, no debris or obstructions present.
