I started up my Frigidaire dishwasher last night and all was well for about a minute and then it went silent. I didn't think anything of it until I noticed about 30 minutes later that it wasn't making any noise. I checked it, and there is a little water in the bottom, but nothing is happening other than that. I checked the power, and it has a good connection. All of the buttons light up like they are supposed to, and when I push the start button, I hear a faint click and the 'Washing' light comes on, but nothing happens on the inside.

Based on what I've ready on this site and other, the most likely culprit is the control board. Is there any way to confirm this though before purchasing? The price of the control board is $130, and I could get a whole new unit for $279 right now from Lowe's (and I have a 10% coupon on top of that).

Any thoughts on what I should do?
