When I run my dishwasher the drain pump comes on for a little bit, then I can hear the tub filling with water. After a while I can hear the detergent door open. After a while the drain pump comes back on. Throughout this entire process the water never gets circulated. The detergent is sitting on the bottom in a big ball. I am able to reach under the unit and disconnect a black plug with a green, white, and blue wire. It appears to be connected to the circulation motor. I assume green is ground, so I attached my digital meter to the blue and white wires and ran the cycle while I watched the meter. It never registers voltage to the plug so I am assuming the problem isn't the motor. Any suggestions?
