My dishasher began smoking and and would not turn off. I shut off the power at the panel and took the inside door panel off troubleshoot the problem. Visually, the Key pad melted but the control module is also fried. Since we have 2 of these dishwashers I already have had to replace the control module on the other one and bought 2 at the time figuring this one would also need to be replace at some point. So I am planning to order the keypad but what I also need that I can't seem to find is the main wiring harness. When the module fried the harness also melted enough that the connector is no longer useable. So I have a couple of questions. Can you help me with a source for the connector(the wires appear to be fine) if you don't carry one and in that the harness did melt is there another component I should check for potential problem?
If you tell me the whole unit is shot(since the harness is not even shown as a replacement part) then I don't want to spend the money on the keypad.
