Try rinse only. If that works then it could be that the unit is stuck in a thermal hold re: it is waiting for the water temperature to rise to a certain level before continuing. Remove power from he unit and check the heater (should be about 20 ohms) and the hi-limit thermostat (should be 0 ohms)
