I started getting error code 3 after a lightning storm. Called bosch and they said the control board needed to be replaced. I ordered a new board and there is a note that says "Before replacing, call techline. Authorized Technicians ONLY". I called the number and they want a technician registration number.
Is there anything special that needs to be done in order to install this board?
