started with intermittent door popping mid cycle.
checked for cleanliness of door and surround, gaskets, clearance and level.
screwed to side walls.
changed latch plate and door pulleys.
new latch plate. Ran one cycle without any problems.
next time, door pops without starting.
resume LED flashes constantly

what should I try next?
