Kithchen Aid dishwasher chopper assembly keeps getting clogged

The top rack doesn't get enough water pressure and the dishes will stay dirty. There is also particles of food on the dishwasher door when I open it.
I have replaced the chopper assembly twice. The dishes will come out good and clean for about 2 weeks and then it will start up again. Now when I see the top rack dirty, I know I have to clean out the chopper and then it will work for another 2 weeks. How can I fix this problem? Thanks.
