The dishwasher cycle ends prematurely. I have tried to do some diagnosis and this is what I've found. If I run the one hour cycle as an example, the dishwasher runs for about 8 to 9 minutes and then it automatically transitions to the cancel / drain stage where it drains and then turns off. If I run the normal cycle, it runs about 25 minutes and then transitions to cancel/drain where it drains and then turns off. If I run with the Heavy Duty option selected, the cycle sometimes completes (maybe 1 out of 4 or 5 times). If I remove the lower spray arm , then the cycle always completes regardless of options selected but it obviously does not clean very well. I got a new spray arm and the behavior is exactly the same so it didn't help. Is there something else I should be focusing on to replace/clean/etc...? BTW, it seems like the arm spins freely. Thanks!
