The center wand does not turn when the machine is operating. The upper and lower wands that are both fed by the same main tube will be turning when I open the door with the washer in operation. I have removed the wand with the tube that feeds it and it is not plugged. I even installed o rings at the tube's inlet and outlet. It freely spins by hand. What gives?
