Hose connection between sump & washer motor became disconnected which produced a "water to low" error msg on my machine. I repaired the connection, the washer will fill with water but the washing motor will not turn on. I can hear 2 subtle clicks in the door panel which I would guess is the control panel trying to engage the motor - it will do this 4 -5 times before the washer shuts off completely. I have run the service diagnostic cycle and the first code to show up is F4E. I am assuming that either the motor got wet and shorted or there is a bad fuse somewhere. Any other thoughts on the subject would be appreciated. By the way, I can press the cancel button and get the unit to drain so I know it will fill with water and drain it as well. This is a Kenmore Elite unit about 2 years old.
