My dishwasher would not complete the entire cycle. I replaced the control board and the dishwasher completes the cycle and appears to work normal. The one hour wash light on the control panel is always dimly lighted. It did this before I change the control board. My question is could the control panel assembly being going bad that caused the control board to fail? It is an expensive part and I would like to have to replace it again.

Should I change the control panel with the buttons on it?
