Miele dishwasher drip pan filling with water, displaying error code F70 and shutting down. Tried drying it out, but it refilled with water. After removing pan, water appears to be coming from the square (weep?) hole in the picture attached. Is that the circulation pump and might there be a seal that could be replaced? Thanks very much.

You're exactly correct. The rubber seal that the circulation shaft goes through is leaking through that weep hole. I bought the circulation pump seal kit from Miele USA. Here is a video on how to get rid of the water when it leaks:
