I have replaced the water valve because the dishwasher was not filling and it still has same problem. When I look at valve I can see it turns on but it does not allow much water to flow through. When I remove the hose to the dishwasher I see that the water coming from the valve is barely dripping as if the valve does not open all the way. I confirmed with a voltage tester that voltage is coming from control board to the valve but not sure if it is enough to open the valve all the way. Any suggestions?

Also this is the first Bosch I have worked on and I noticed that there is a hose that goes to the side of the dishwasher like other models I have seen. On other dishwashers this is where the water pours into the dishwasher. But on this model when I trace the hose back to the dishwasher it is not even connected to anything and I don't see anywhere I can plug it in. Not sure if maybe this model pours in the water from the bottom instead of the side, please help, thanks.
