I need some help! My dishwasher is just over a year old and won't always drain. I contacted whirlpool and they said they would cover it under warranty. Service guy came out and said the rubber drain pipe we have on there is sometimes a problem. Be fore they came I disconnected the drain hose and hit the drain cancel button and water comes out so pump and hose seem to be fine. Service guy tells me that I need to order a special hose and the service call is not covered. I don't buy it that the hose is the problem . Any suggestions?
