Model Number: 665.16932   Brand: Kenmore   Age: 1 - 5 years   

Our dishwasher continues to pour in water from the water inlet opening and will not stop. What do we do to fix this?

You have a bad water solenoid, or a jammed float/timer. Does it still flood with the dishwasher turned off?

Yes, the water still pours in with the dishwasher off. We have had to turn off our main water supply to get it to stop for now.

Any idea on what we need to do to fix this? Still have the water shut off to the dishwasher to avoid flooding...please let me know! Thanks!

Replace the water solenoid.
