Hello:

Noticed yesterday that ice cubes in upper trays only partially frozen. Other items still frozen, but wife thinks things in refrigerator aren't as cold as normal. Vacuumed coils lower front and adjusted temp controls to higher setting. No change this AM. Fan runs but compressor doesn't seem to be kicking on. Unit is 21 years old and probably should be replaced but timing isn't great (is it ever?). Step by step troubleshoot and/or guidance would be appreciated!
