The upper spray does not get any water pressure. I have made all the normal checks: water level, filter cleaning, etc. My last troubleshooting round, I blocked the water port to the lower spray bar and removed the mylar ball to force water to the upper spray bar and it did spin. Does the pump not have enough force or is the check ball to heavy or is it a timing issue. I would think the ball would not be a problem. That leaves the timer switching off and on--- not enough time for the water pressure is off/on to cycle the check ball between the upper and lower water ports. Could it be the pump assembly? That is hefty investment for a dishwasher that is at least five years old.

I have already had to replace the door seals do to leaks. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

THANKS!
