OK I have a Whrilpool dishwasher that is making a whining noise during the wash cycle, its not too loud but its a constant whining. I've checked the wash arms and they seem to be moving and it drains fine. Im thinking it may be the circulation pump :(

Also it hasnt been drying the dishes, I have yet to do a continuity test on the heat element but its not visibly broken. It gets hot inside but the water doesnt dry on the dishes.
