No water in upper spray arm

No water in upper spray arm

Model Number: MDB122RFS0 Brand: Frigidaire Age: 5 - 10 years

I cleaned the pump and screens but don't get any water at the top spray arm. I have plenty of pressure at the bottom. If I take the check ball out, I get some pressure at the top, but not nearly enough. The arm won't spin. Can the check ball go bad? Could it be something else?
