Here are your parts
Parts for GE GLD4600N00BB Dishwasher - AppliancePartsPros.com

Check for voltage across the water valve (item 744 in section 02) when the unit should be filling with water.
If you have 120 volts then either the valve is shot or the screen filter on the input side of the valve is clogged with crud.
If clogged clean the filter. Do not remove it permanently as it is there to keep junk out of the valve which could hold it open and cause a flood.

If there is no voltage, then check the wires from the control board to the valve for continuity. If they are OK then odds are the control board is toast.
