Could it possibly be the door switch? If so what is the procedure for testing the switch? Thank You

Look under the unit or behind the panel for the tech sheet it should show you how to ohm test the touchpad. Check for 120v at the main control board from tan to white with the door switch tripped. Ohm test the door switches for continuity.
