We use the dishwasher on Normal mode. When you push the Start button it starts fine. Light next to Start button lites with - - and Sensing light comes on, and you hear it filling. After about 6 minutes it the LED reads 84. You can hear the water running again, for 2 min. and LED reads 83. After another 2 minuintes, you can hear it filling again. After another 3 minutes, the LED reads 78 and the heating light comes on. After that nothing happens. No wash action. When you push Cancel, the water drains. If you open the door at this time a lot of steam comes out and the soap dispenser is open. The water temp going into the dishwasher is 124 degrees. Please help. Do I take the inside front door cover off to access the controls? And if I have to replace the thermistor, how do I get to it?
