Default Top Rack Problems
Model Number: KUDSO1 DLSSO   Brand: Kitchen Aid   Age: 1 - 5 years   
When door is opened top rack immediately slides out when it has dishes in it.
I have not been able to determine what is causing this. Rack looks fine, slides seem to be in working order. It is more annoying than dysfuntional. Do you have any tips what to look for?

No that was the problem it had slipped back off the flooring. Just a simple adjustment. You guys are great. I have booked marked your site for any future problems. I purchased a oven glass and your tech people were very helpful in confirming what I needed to purchase.
