I noticed with yesterday's dishwashing, that dishes were just as dirty as when the dishwasher was started. So I checked and cleaned out the float, cleaned the filters, cleaned the spray arms, and dug some debris out of the sump retainer. I noticed the rubber tube that the fine filter dispenses into is very deteriorated.

Reassembling all that I had removed, I attempted a run. However, none of the spray arms appear to working. Upon opening, they are in the same position as they were left. The dishwasher sounds like it's working but is missing the swishing sound you hear with operation. Water pumps in, water pumps out, water pressure is fine. What could be wrong?
