The dishwasher was purchased in Nov. but due to kitchen remodel, has only
been used 4 times. Used successfully 1 week ago. 2 days ago, light for
service started blinking, blocking all other functions. Do not want to call India
to schedule and pay a service call on a new machine. HELP?

Hello,
If the dishwasher is less than a year old then it's still under the warranty and you should not pay anything. Otherwise verify the model number and repost it please. The model number you posted is incomplete.
Which light and how is blinking?

Also might want to see how many times it blinks and what sequence.
