The top rack is not getting clean. The arm under the top rack is producing a weak stream of water and it is not spinning at all, the little thing on the ceiling of the dishwasher is not spraying any water at all.
I disassembled the top and bottom arms, I dont see and blockages or leaks, there just seems to be lack of water pressure to reach the top.
How can this be fixed?
