Hi.

There are two things which could cost this problem:
The cold control and defrost timer.
They both located in the control panel inside the refrigerator. Find the opening size of the dime in the control panel and use the flat screwdriver to slowly turn the defrost timer's shaft CW until it clicks.
If the fridge starts - replace the defrost timer, if not use the screwdriver's butt to knock at the cold control 's knob and if the fridge kicks in - replace the cold control.
