Hi once again. I checked the optical sensor and it is clean but I cleaned it anyway. It's still a VERY slow wash. I know a typical wash is like 2-3 hours. Why is it so long.

Check the water temperature.
It should be at least 120 degrees F.
Could be that the water entering the dishwasher is too cold so the unit is taking longer to heat it up.
