All the lights are flashing on the control panel sometimes after 15 or 30 sec the dishwasher will start back up lights stop flashing and maybe run for 10 sec or a few minutes than stop and the lights flash. I thought it was a handle issue because it somewhat broke awhile back. I took the handle out and made sure the micro switches worked checked continuity and pulled the switches out of the handle and plugged the dishwasher back in and the lights just flash. It looks like the lights are flashing a code possibly.

I tried entering the field service test and manual function test and it wouldnt work the lights keep flashing. Im leaning towards a bad control panel im not to sure.

Yews it does sound like the control board is sshot.

I am assuming that when you checked the latch switches that you removed power from the unit so that the board has done a manual reset,

I believe so . When you say circuit board are you referring to the circuit board inside on the backside of the door or the control panel on the front door which i had suggested.

Yes I mean the control board (item 7 in section 02).

It may be the control panel.
To narrow it down you have to check the keyboard/control panel keys/output with a meter, see the tech sheet for the pinouts. If it checks out OK then the control board goes to the top of the list.
Still a bit of a gamble but your odds are better.

You may want to try the below.

Connector Cleaning / Checking
Unplug the unit
Open it up
Remove the ribbon cable from the keypad to the control board at the control board.
Clean the edge connector. Use electronics contact cleaner or isopropyl alcohol.
If it is the type where there is not a connector just the insulation is removed, it can be cleaned with a pencil eraser. Do not use an ink eraser as it is too abrasive.
Check the tracks in the ribbon cable for hairline cracks. A magnifying glass helps here.
Would not hurt to clean the connector on the board. Use electronics contact cleaner or isopropyl alcohol and a tooth brush. Be gentle and do not reconnect till all the solvent evaporates.
Reconnect everything and give it a try.

I’m not much of a repair guy and I’m planning to clean the insides of mine. Quick question, won’t isopropyl harm any of the parts? Thanks in advance!

No it should not harm anything.
At least I have never found a plastic that it ate.

Just be careful to let all the fumes dissipate before applying power.

I tried everything you had suggested and it seems like a control panel i did continuity test on the control panel and checked certain pins according to the tech sheet and there was no continuity.
