Our Whirlpool Quiet Parnter II is about 7 years old. Six months ago, the top rack stopped cleaning. The dishes didn't seem to get sprayed enough to get cleaned. They'd still have food on them and condensation, but they didn't seem to get rinsed. Here's the catch-- We didn't use it at all for four weeks and when we did use it again, it washed everything great. It's as if some part had a chance to dry out (or drain out?). Then, after a few weeks of working well, it stopped washing the top again. I'd love to hear ideas from the community about what might be going on and how we can fix it. Thanks!
