I have a customer that has a Maytag MAH9700 (Neptune), and has puzzled me for sometime.
first the unit stopped because of nF (or no fill), in most of the cycles, and most of the temperature settings.
first we removed the hoses and checked for blockages, kinks, etc... even removed the flow controller that's inside the solenoids. same thing as before.
then, we changed the control board, but the same problem was present after the change.
we opened the dispenser box, where you put soap, bleach and softener, cleaned and checked for blocks, nothing and nothing...
I'm at a loss here, can't charge for the parts, can't charge for the labor, and have more than 6 hours invested, including myself going to this place.
what should I do? the people at Maytag/Whirlpool are not very helpful.
