top rack not working
Model Number: kudc20cvss3 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 1 - 5 years
bottom rack works fine, top stopped working suddenly. what do i need to do, please

Very likely the problem is a clogged or broken chopper (#6 at the diagram).
