Washer GE mod.#S2100G5WW
Stopped working with cold water. The cold water supply pipe is OK.

Hi.

Remove the cold water hose and check if the water goes through it, next check if the screen inside the water valve port is not blocked with debris.Clean if needed.
Next open the control panel and with temperature set for COLD/COLD start the washer and check using the multimeter
for 120VAC at the water inlet valve coils between T-WR and V-WR.
If correct voltage is present - replace the water valve

If not - check the temperature switch contacts 1-3 for continuity. If open - replace it Part number: WH12X10498
