food particles left on top rack dishes

Any suggestions on where to start with food particles left on top rack dishes. (coffee mugs, bowls, glasses) It is only happening on top rack. I use powder detergent, with rinse aid reservoir filled. The dishes are still coming out clean, BUT top rack ones have particle crumbs in them. Therefore needing to be hand washed to remove particles. Thank you.
