Top rack dirty especially glasses. I have used a dishwasher cleaner, made sure the hot water runs prior. I use a rinse agent and have used cascade complete.

Hi,

Check to make sure the dishwasher is filling to the correct water level.
The water level should be just under the heating element if not maybe even touching the bottom of the heating element.

If it is not i would replace the water inlet valve.

With out the correct water level the top spray arm will get starved for water and thus not get the top rack clean.
