The circulation pump has the proper voltage, no blockage, so i need to know how to ohm it and what the ohms should be before i call it bad and replace it.

I do not have a spec on the winding resistance.

But if the motor rotates easily and does not run when it has 120 volts across it then it is toast.

That was my thought as well. Was just hoping to get the resistance spec to be 100% certain...that's one expensive part for a cheap dishwasher! Might be better off just getting a new one!
