Maytag new install door problems.
Model Number: MDB8959SAS Brand: Maytag Age: Less than 1 year
I am trying to install a new Maytag MDB8959SAS. The door is stiff to open, makes a creak noise and a mild thump or pop when opened a little past halfway. It is functional and completely opens, closes, and latches but is just not operating smoothly. I tried moving the adjustable tension pulley deal from the "2" position to the "3" position as indicated in the install manual but no change as far as i could tell. Any suggestions?
