What is left to check for top rack not getting clean?

Model Number: 665.17023402 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years

Hi All, I am troubleshooting the top rack of the dishwasher not cleaning. This unit has a spray arm under the top rack and small one on the ceiling of the machine. Have tried:

Chopper checked and clean
Sump check valve in good shape
Water fill a tad low, but adding more manually made no difference
Spray Arm holes clear and spin freely
Second feed port for bottom of rack spray arm closes and seals

What else should I check?
