Maytag Dishwasher Issue
Model Number: DWU9302AAE Brand: Maytag Age: More than 10 years
A little while back was on this site asking for help with dishwasher arms that were not turning. Was told I should clean filter. I did and it worked fine but now I notice I must clean filter every few weeks or dishwasher fails to clean.
There must be some other issue that is causing the filter to plug up. Can you offer help or suggestions? Ads By Google Related Models

Spoke to a repairman found out this model will not take the new gel soaps because of the filter design. I replaced the filter and used powder soap and it works fine. Also learned we use too much soap. Just 1 TBS is all you need. Happy old washer is working.
