Bosch Running Too Long - No "Sanitized"

Model Number: SHE43C05UC/40 Brand: Bosch Age: 1 - 5 years

Hi -

My Bosch SHE43C05UC/40 dishwasher is running very long cycles. When the cycle finally finishes (hours later) the "Sanitized" light isn't on and it's still wet inside the dishwasher.

I feel like maybe the heater isn't working?

Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.
