Hi-
My dishwasher is not filling. I already verified the water source. The voltage measures 120V at the fill valve solenoid during the fill cycle. But, the valve does not open. I replaced the fill valve, but I have the same problem. I don't know if this means anything, but the wiring diagram indiates that the resistance across the terminals on the solenoid should be 695-995 ohms. My meter reads around 1100ohms on both valve solenoids. Is there any way to test the valve to make sure it's working? Is there any thing else to test? Any help will be greatly appreciated. |

I would not surprise if the new water inlet valve is defective.
1100 Ohms vs 695-995 Ohms looks too much. Go to the place where you bought the water valve for the warranty exchange. Gene.
