Model Number: MDB7600 Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years
Hi,
recently I was playing around with a power meter to see which applicances are consuming how much power and noticed that my Maytag MDB7600AWB dishwasher draws a good 900-1000W continously. Is that normal ? I was expecting it would draw that much power only at startup or at certain times for heating the water - which is hot to begin with but it seems like its drawing that much power all the time. Secondly, the pull/unlock handle has come off. The door locks just fine and the washer works fine too but I would like to replace it. Is it an easy thing to do or would require dismantling the door or something ? Please advise. Thanks! -PFM. Ads By Google Related Models |
