Model Number: KUDSO11LWHO Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 5 - 10 years
Hi. My dishwasher worked FINE a couple of days ago, but just tried to turn it on, and there are no light at all! I checked all buttons-no lights. I checked breakers- they were fine. I pushed the door in as hard as I could-no lights!
I checked manual- no help there either. Please, please help me! I have an appraiser coming to the house in two days, and would really like to get this working again. Thanks everyone! Sincerely, Patty Ads By Google Related Models |

I think your model number is shown incorrectly.
KUDSO11LWHO should be kuds01ilwh0, following are for that unit. I used small case letters so it is easier to see what the actual model number is. Kitchenaid uses 1, i and l in their model number just to confuse things. Here are your parts Parts for Whirlpool KUDS01ILWH0 Dishwasher - AppliancePartsPros.com See the attachment for the tech sheet. Lust because a breaker looks OK does not mean it is OK. Try flipping it off/on slowly a couple times. If that does nothing flip the breaker off and undo and check the wire nuts that connect the unit to the house wiring. You did not say haw the unit was wire so I am guessing. Sometimes they have a line cord attached and may even plu into a GFI which could be the problem. The only way to be sure that the unit is getting power is to measure it with a meter. Also on the wiring diagram you will see a thermal fuse. It is Item 6 in the Control Panel Parts section of the parts breakdowns. This is a common problem. Remove power to the unit and check this fuse. It should be 0 ohms. If it is blown be sure to use the harness that comes with the new fuse.
