Kenmore Blinking Clean Light
Model Number: 17362301 Brand: Kenmore Age: 1 - 5 years
I have a problem with a Kenmore Model 17362301. Clean light flashing 7 times, cancel will pump out, tried shutting off power to clear but to no avail.
I cannot get it to enter the diagnostics program. The keys on the panel are: smart wash, pots pans, normal wash, quick rinse, hi temp wash, sani rinse, air dry. What is the sequence for entering diagnostics?

The Clean LED blinking 7 times means the control senses a fault in the temperature rise during the heating cycle.
The electronic control could be reset by initiating a service diagnostic cycle. While the dishwasher is inactive, press "High temp" - "Air dry" - "High temp" - "Air dry". If it happens again then the heating circuit should be diagnosed. Gene.
