Dishwasher Repair

We have a mbd6709 that is not cleaning anymore. I'm fairly certain the arms aren't spinning as well. I can tell that the filter needs to be cleaned but I can't for the life of me figure out how to get to it. I've taken off the lower wash arm and am stuck there. I've looked at the diagrams and still can't seem to figure it out.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

Nothing comes up with the given model number, please check it.

Are you sure it is not a MDB not mbd, also it is missing several digits at the end.
