The dishwasher does not clean. After the cycle, I open the door and note there is a lot of mushy soap still in the soap container, although the soap holder flap is in the open position. How can I fix this? Thanks.

Check if there is water coming inside the d/w.

Hi.

Check if the motor is running.
If not - check if there is 120VAC to the motor.
If motor runs - check if the lower wash arm is unobstructed and jets are clean, next check if the filter under the wash arm is clean.
