Wash selections responsive, but when pushing the start button, the drain pump works. Washer sprayarm pump never runs. Also, washer will not go in the diagnostic mode.

Hi Rich,

How long it will drain? It could be that the last cycle was canceled but not finished.

Thanks for the response Gene. The drain pump will run for a few minutes, then stop. Then you can select a wash function like normal wash, then that led will light, the drain pump start up for a few minutes, then stop and the normal wash led will go off with no led's lit. Attempts to go into diagnostic mode will fail.
It could be a stuck keypad or a bad module.

Hi Rich,

I would think so too. Run the "Checking keypad operation" test as described in the Tech sheet (attached to the post). It worked for me many times.
